I am Singapore National and an off-spring of change in our world. My background in Economics and my passion for public policy to shape the world, drives me out of the sack everyday! My ethnicity is a mixture of Malay and Chinese; Peranakan. From my Malay roots comes ‘Kesan’ – Impact. From my education comes ‘Delta’ – the greek character utilized in mathematics to denominate change.

I wish to dedicate this blog to exploring horizons and telling stories. To document social innovation, from where ever I may be, and to those who see and seek opportunity in all realms of their lives. Opportunity and innovation is not about letting it eventuate, it is about realising it.
